Every year around 15 million candidates apply for NDA and only 250 candidates successfully passed the examination after merit .The great difference between applying and passing make NDA unique and difficult examination. The also thing that make NDA different from other exams is that only unmarried male can apply for NDA, No girls can give paper of NDA .A different examinations are held i.e CDS .For  which both male and female apply.

After 12 you can also give an Exam of NDA no matter you are from non- Medical or commerce or Arts. But you should know math, because ‘math is important subject in which the candidates are tested’.

Interview

After passing Exam you will call for five day ssb interview .Passing in the interview is mandatory.

SSB INTERVIEW

Medical Examination

(a)       Candidates who are recommended in the interview will undergo Medical Examination by Indian Army Medical Team as per NDA medical Standards.

( b)    Candidates declared Temporary Medical Unfit will be required to report to respective NDA selection center within a given time period for review from the date of Recruiting Medical Examination

MEDICAL TEST

(c) Candidates declared Medically Unfit can avail the option for Appeal Medical Board (AMB) against their unfitness by depositing……..in a Government Treasury/RBI/SBI through Military Receivable Order (MRO). The application For AMB along with original copy of MRO, Xerox copy of unfitness Certificate and Postal Stamp Worth……Affixed on a self addressed envelope are to be submitted to respective NDA centre for processing within 07 working days from the date of issue of Medical Certificate.

Note: Candidates are advised to get tartar and stains removed from their teeth before appearing for the Medical test .Ears to be free of wax
