6).The 9 Para (SF) is trained extensively in mountain welfare and cross trained in urban jungle and desert warfare.

7).Firing while rolling and snaking their way through an actual mimed path, are some of the day to day training exercises for Para soldiers.

8).The 10 Para (SF), a residue from the 9 Para (SF) is the toughest battalion in Para, trained for desert warfare and cross trained in all other warfare.
